NO-PHOTO ZONE -- Florida law would make it a felony to photograph factory farms and puppy mills, even if not trespassing. Jeff Nelson: “ - A new Florida law SB1246 has been introduced which will make it a felony to simply be on a public street and take a photo of a factory farm or puppy mill, unless you have written permission of the corporation whose farm you snap.
